0870/0871 numbers are higher cost to most people (and rarely included in any 'bundled minutes' on your land or mobile phone) PLUS companies normally get a cash back for the time you spend on the line (maybe only half or a penny per minute but why should they get that at your expense?!)

Very grateful for the number as we are currently in New York in the worst hotel in the world.
On our 4th room and the windows have leaked so much that the floor is now soaking and need shoes on to get to the bathroom.
Luckily the concierge desk says this is normal and all the rooms are the same, it always happens. Well, thank goodness for that I just thought it was us!

Words can't express how bad an experience it is dealing with this company. They have already shut down 3 of the numbers provided by very annoyed yesterday. The only one that now connects is 01925 421 204, but this takes you straight back to the Indian call centre and your nightmare starts again. They obviously get so many complaints that they get swamped as soon as a telephone number is published. Let this be evidence enough never to use them.

We're supposed to CHECK IN to the hotel today and called to confirm that we have a reservation and the hotel informed us that our "travel agent has made a reservation and then cancelled it"... It's such a stupid company...we've emailed them and always get a response "give us 10-12hrs to resolve the issue"..They charged our credit card and we have no reservation...

thank you for posting the number on this page 0207 866 4200 which is their head office number because it actually works. wow. when put through and need to make a booking ask them to put you through to someone from the vip section who will take your details and have someone call u back. i just did and the poeple i spoke with both at the head off and the vip section were very polite and helpful.i travelled with lastminute last year and i had no problems let pray that this year is just as good if not better. You can look up an alternative 01, 02 or 03 number on saynoto0870(dot)com
Just type in the 0870 number and get an alternative and pay real local rates, not 10p/min!

Yup, the web-site is very shitty. For internationals, call (0044)1483 909 006...this one works (that would be a robot talking to you, but in the end after pressing 6 you will be connected to the operator)...the lady said you should wait 2-3 hours after you received this error page...cause there is some fucking security scan...so right now we will wait for another 2 hours and then we will check the e-mail (trash/spam box). So, the story is not ended yet...to be continued...

Booked night at hotel for my son and girlfriend. Got confirmation only to get another email 2 days later to say there was an increase of 32.00! We did not see the email for 4-5 days only to find it was still being advertised at the original price. I put in a complaint as advised by trading standards due to miss leading advertising. Have now called the 0800 number in India every other day for past 2 weeks only to be told someone will be in touch. They have taken my money and on calling the hotel direct they have no booking for me!!! I have tried all the numbers on this site and all disconected. I will never use this company again...Im about to call trading standards again and urge anyone with issues to do the same. A compliance investigation is urgently needed for this coNpany!!
