If you ever get a phone number 0870 / 0871 etc try the search on this website:

saynoto0870 (DOT COM)

0870/0871 numbers are higher cost to most people (and rarely included in any 'bundled minutes' on your land or mobile phone) PLUS companies normally get a cash back for the time you spend on the line (maybe only half or a penny per minute but why should they get that at your expense?!)

07914 782751 This is their 24h emergency number made only available to ticket agents. They will not be happy that you called them on this number so tell them you got it from the airline. Don't book through them, they are bad news.

Very grateful for the number as we are currently in New York in the worst hotel in the world.
On our 4th room and the windows have leaked so much that the floor is now soaking and need shoes on to get to the bathroom.
Luckily the concierge desk says this is normal and all the rooms are the same, it always happens. Well, thank goodness for that I just thought it was us!

This company is a joke. I booked a hotel but got no confirmation, despite several promises to re emial it never happened. Now I am due to travel today, just spend an hour calling the 0871 no, every time someone answered they hung up

Thanks for these numbers! So frustrated - I spent 3 hours trying to book a city break on LMs slow crashing website last night - each time getting a page not found when I tried to confirm the booking. And now the package I was trying to book is £200 more expensive.

Their technical response time is 72 hours!

I booked a hotel which was advertised at 3* and was only a 2*, when I tried to sort it out they kept appologising but said that they can cancel my current order (which i can do for free 24 hrs beforehand!) and for me to book another hotel, which will now cost loads because it is near the time of me going away! what a bunch of muppets!

Also I am asian myself so i say this with no racist undertones, but stop relocating call centres to India, it annoys us all!

Words can't express how bad an experience it is dealing with this company. They have already shut down 3 of the numbers provided by very annoyed yesterday. The only one that now connects is 01925 421 204, but this takes you straight back to the Indian call centre and your nightmare starts again. They obviously get so many complaints that they get swamped as soon as a telephone number is published. Let this be evidence enough never to use them.

I've just stumbled on this website as I'm a frustrated small business that has not yet had the pleasure of booking with lastminute HOWEVER I'm getting phone calls at 11:45pm (yes you read that right!) in my home office from people wanting to book holidays!!!!! Apparently my business 0845 number is coming up as lastminute viaa google link!
I've just spoke to their Indian call centre-I'm fuming. Its not even summer yet and I'm getting loads of calls!
Surely lastminute need to sort out this complete poop up asap?
As for getting through to them directly-ha! Made me laugh how I go through to an indian call centre on an 01925 number!

have now been waiting 10 days for a response as to why the ticket was cancelled.

We're supposed to CHECK IN to the hotel today and called to confirm that we have a reservation and the hotel informed us that our "travel agent has made a reservation and then cancelled it"... It's such a stupid company...we've emailed them and always get a response "give us 10-12hrs to resolve the issue"..They charged our credit card and we have no reservation...
I'm thinking of suing them...Any tips?

Thanks for the number 01925421208, finally got through to someone. What an absolute disgrace, micky mouse firm, they had charged me but no booking had gone through. i recommend finding what your after on lastminute com then contacting the Hotel etc direct!! Total bandits!!!!
